Champion Games

Tournament deposits for teams are non-refundable. If the tournament is canceled or postponed due to public health reasons, the tournament fee minus the deposit will be offered as credit towards a future event. No refunds will be made in the event of cancelation or shortening of any matches due to inclement weather or unforeseeable circumstances out of the control of the organization that does not relate to the current public health crisis. We will make every effort to use contingency plans to maximize gameplay for all teams.

SOCIAL DISTANCING AT Top Threat Tournaments EVENTS

• All participants (while not playing), spectators, and employees must adhere to six-foot physical distancing while at TTT Lacrosse Events.
• All spectators on the sidelines must sit or stand at least six feet apart from one another.
• No traditional “team tent” is permitted.

MASK/FACE COVERINGS ARE MANDATORY (Osceola County, FL Requirement)

• Players, coaches, and refs are exempt while participating in games, warmups, etc. When not engaged in activity, players are required to wear a mask or face covering. The facility staff will be enforcing guidelines.
• We encourage all guests and employees to follow the CDC guidelines of good hygiene before, during, and after a TTT Lacrosse event. Please  see  CDC  guidelines  for preventing  illness  here.

Spectators

• Each participant is limited to 1 spectator per player.
• Temperature checks will be done every time you enter the facility.
• No signs or symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days. Please  see  the  full  list  of symptoms  here.
• Must wear a face mask at all times.
• Practice safe social distancing especially while watching a game.
• Recommended to bring your own chair/umbrella.

Players & Coaches

• Coaches must wear masks at all times - not while coaching.
• Participants must wear masks when not playing their game.
• It is recommended that participants bring personal supplies, such as wipes and or hand sanitizer for use as needed.

GAME PLAY

• No team water coolers or shared drink stations will be provided.
• Teams/Players must bring their own designated equipment when applicable.
• Player and spectator areas will be designated, and spectators are to adhere to the social distancing rule at all times.
• There will be no pre-game or post-game handshakes, high fives, or contact of any kind.
• Teams are required to exit on opposite sides, or the side they are on, after each game.
• Coaches and players on the sideline should maintain social distancing as much as possible, with limited huddles.
• Teams waiting to play the next game shall stage at the far end of the field they will be playing on, not lining up behind the bench area of the team playing prior to their game. It is required to allow the team playing prior to fully exit before entering the bench area.
• Coaches will not sign off on score sheets, a verbal socially distant confirmation will be had between the scorekeeper and the coach, and the scorekeeper will sign off for both coaches.
