Housing Policy: Teams that originate 80+ miles from the event locations will be required to book their rooms at the tournament-approved hotels. Teams requesting an exemption from this policy will need to contact Pellucid Travel in writing for approval. There will be a $450 fee per team per event for any team(s) requiring hotels and not staying in a tournament-approved hotel block.
This policy helps to ensure that hotel blocks are being utilized efficiently. This is an important way for us to support our host communities and ensure that everyone has a great experience during their stay. Our housing provider will offer great, discounted rates at tournament-approved hotels for all teams needing overnight stays.
