Players and coaches are required to roster and accept the electronic waiver to participate.
Completed rosters and waivers due October 15th.

Players: Please be sure to have your jersey number, US Lacrosse number (must be valid through tournament dates). High School players should have their GPA, ACT and SAT scores.

Player and Coaches Self Roster/Waiver Instructions:

1. Click HERE to begin
2. Look for the Player & Coach Registration and Waiver Wizard header and select click here to begin/edit a Player or Coach registration and waiver
3. Opt to start new or edit previous registration
4. Select A player (I’m a parent) or a Staff/Coach (I’m a coach)

• Select to use either your family account login or create a new family account
• Complete the required fields, read waivers, and select the box to agree with the terms
• US Lacrosse numbers must be valid through tournament dates

Coaches continued...

• Select to use either a staff account, or create a new staff account
  • For security purposes, coaches must use a different username than the login used for family account if you have one
• Select team, complete required fields, read waivers, and select the box to agree with the terms

This event is part of The US Lacrosse Sanctioning Program, which provides best practices for tournament operators in order to create a more safe and consistent event. Through the adoption of the Sanctioned Tournament Standards, tournaments commit to providing the best possible lacrosse experience. All tournament participants must be current US Lacrosse members in order to participate. US Lacrosse membership numbers will be collected and verified when completing tournament waivers. If you are not currently a member, or your membership is set to expire during the event, please visit US Lacrosse to register.
